The basic principle is to limit the use of paper and ink as much as possible. Here, what we did was to first remove all photography to replace them with minimalistic tailor-made illustrations, hence consuming less ink without loosing meaning and storytelling.
The second point was to work with an eco-colour palette that would limit the ink consumption used for four color printing (CMYK). This creates a new color language tool that only selects colours that do not exceed a total ink coverage of 100%.
Finally, we designed minimal pricing tables in order to save as much space and therefore paper. We managed to create a guide that went from 32 pages to 24 pages.
