Arηs Group asked Inpsyde and our studio to participate as a consortium to a tender invitation: the web relaunch of the University of Luxembourg.

Following this, our consortium won the competition and we are very proud to present you the new website: Inpsyde was in charge of the CMS/ Framework solution development and implementation, Quattro of the content advice and curation, the UX & UI and the SEO implementation and Arηs of the HTML/CSS implementation, the external hosting solution and maintenance services and of the global project management.

The accessibility expertise of all three played a very important role throughout the entire implementation and required significant team work for this multilingual website that had over 300,000 pages.

At the moment, some features are still being implemented.

Digital content strategy,
user-friendliness &
accessibility.

Through several workshops we defined specific business goals related to customer journeys in order to maximise conversion opportunities, initially focused on increasing visitor engagement and driving student recruitment.

For the website’s architecture, we implemented a series of wireframes to create a user-friendly website which delivers up-to-date content and overall visibility online and optimises the quality of information and service delivery to the various stakeholders (researchers, teachers, students, individual visitors, journalists, etc.).

1/3
team

To rethink entirely this outdated website of 2006 using a new content management system, aiming to create a user-friendly, real-time, and contextually relevant platform with improved content quality, visitor understanding, and integration of various digital tools and applications, while also focusing on enhancing user engagement and student recruitment was for sure one of our biggest challenges ever.”
