Bauhärepräis OAI 2024.

Awarded every four years by the Order of Architects and Consulting Engineers (OAI) since 2000, the Bauhärepräis OAI rewards private or public project owners who, through a successful project, have succeeded in promoting architecture, engineering and quality town planning.

For the 7th edition in 2024, an award ceremony took place at the Philharmonie, accompanied by three exhibitions showcasing the builders' projects. Additionally, a book was published summarizing all the participants' projects and everything related to the "Bauhärepräis OAI 2024."

Quattro Creative Studio had the opportunity to support OAI with all graphic aspects of the BHP2024: from the invitations and trophies for the award ceremony to the displays in the exhibitions and the final book layout.

New Edition, New Style

The
OAI shapes…

The 7th edition of the "Bauhärepräis" in 2024 marked our studio's first involvement with this prestigious event. Eager to bring fresh energy after the pandemic years, we aimed to introduce new ideas into this well-established tradition. We developed simplified "shapes" inspired by the OAI office in Luxembourg City, which became the foundation for all the supporting materials designed for the event.

The Book

Bauhärepräis OAI 2024
in one book.

The book"Bauhärepräis OAI 2024"was developed, summarizing the entire event of the year. It provides insights into the jury's selection process, the various exhibitions, the award ceremony, and the participants' projects. Additionally, it includes general information about the OAI and past editions.

Award Ceremony at the Philharmonie

The
winner is…

For the award ceremony, we collaborated with the OAI team to create the presentation displayed throughout the evening.

Additionally, to properly honour the winners of the nine categories and the special awards, we designed environmentally friendly trophies. Made from medium-density fibreboard (MDF), the trophies featured two different shades and the signature shapes engraved into them.

Exhibitions

Three exhibitions
in Luxembourg City.

In addition to the award ceremony, three exhibitions took place in Luxembourg City.

The first exhibition opened at the end of April at LUCA, where the jury convened to determine the winners of this year's edition. A "Wall of Fame" was created for this purpose, showcasing all the projects of the 301 candidates.

Following the award ceremony on June 10, 2024, exhibitions also opened at the Spuerkeess Bank Center Liberté 19 and the Bierger-Center VDL to present the Laureates, Mentions, and Special Prize winners.
